They are finished with a friction back post and measure approximately 8mm (5/16 inch) in diameter. The 3.5mm genuine sapphires have a combined weight of 1/2 carat. The round diamonds are 1mm in size, I1 in clarity and H-I in color with a total weight of 1/10 carat. The color range varies on all natural stones so please allow for slight variations in shades.
