The pendant is approximately 7mm (1/4 inch) in width by 8.5mm (5/16 inch) in length. A matching 1mm width, 18 inch long diamond-cut cable chain finished with a spring ring clasp is included. The weight of the 6 x 4mm genuine sapphire is 0.7 carat. The 14 round diamonds vary in size, are I1 in clarity, G-H in color and have a total weight of 1/6 carat.
